أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Once the great Shaykh, Hussain Ahmed Madani rahamatullahi alayh, was travelling on a train. It so happened that the passenger sitting next to him was a Hindu.

During the course of the journey this gentleman went to the toilet. However he came back very quickly and it was obvious that there was something wrong.

Shaykh Hussain Ahmed postulated that it was probably because the toilet was dirty that the man had returned to his seat without fulfilling his needs.

The Shaykh knew the journey was long and he knew that his fellow traveller would have to bear great difficulty if he was unable to use the train’s facilities.

Thus Shaykh Hussain Ahmed quietly got up from his seat and cleaned the toilet to an acceptable standard.

Upon returning to his seat the great Shaykh said to the other passenger:

“Perhaps when you went to the toilet earlier on it was not clean. Someone has cleaned it now and it is quite acceptable to use”.
