أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

The types of heart are:-

First type: A heart that is empty of Imaan and all forms of goodness; this is a darkened heart. The shaytan finds much comfort here because he doesn’t have to use his whispers and has captured the heart and taken it as his place of residence; he is in full control.

Second type: A heart that illuminates with the light and torch of Imaan, however, there is still spots of darkeness prevailing due to the winds of evil desires. This type of heart is usually at war with the shaytan, but the shaytan still manages to occupy the heart and leaves at times but is greedy to capture this heart.

Third type: A heart that is filled and glimmers of Imaan. This heart is free of following its wicked desires, and free of darkness. In the chest lies a vivid light that is sparked by fire and if the whispers of the shatyan were to come close, it would burn of it. It is like the sky that is guarded by the stars, and if the shaytan were to tread these lines, it would release its sparks and have them burned. The sky is definitely not more sacred than the believer, and the protection of Allah – The Exalted – is more complete (to the believer’s heart) than His protection of the sky. The sky is the place where angel’s worship, and the headcourters from where the revelations are sent, and it occupies the light of obedience. The heart of the believer is also the headcourters of tawheed, love, knowledge, and faith and from where all of these shine brightly. It is certainly worthy of being protected from the harm of evildoers and its enemy.
